I wrote about 1500 words for three stories:

Most of it for Konrad in translation. That's easy because I do it at work. Ahem.

A little bit for the secret sequel. Wish it were easier.

And I reactivated my SF tale "Plasmodium". The alien invaders have cut down lots of trees, and my MC is appalled.

I finished my "First Transit" chapter 1 rewrite today (3,819 words) and sent it to my editors for their perusal.
Still feeling excited about having editors look at my book. emoticon

Wrote a background bio for my SF murder mystery villain. The first case/story is about human clones being used for organ harvesting.

Re: I Wrote Today!

emoticon First Transit: I discovered major gaps in my chapter breaks today, so I created another document to get me back on track. The "chapter sequence" doc shows the first line in each chapter. This helps my editor and I to stay on the same page. emoticon

The Clone Murders I had three opening scene possibilities, and I liked all of them, so now I am combining those scenes into the book's opening chapter. You would think I would be farther along than this, but getting a murder and character involvement sequence is much more complex than I expected it to be.
