NaNo 2014!
So here we go again, it's NaNoWriMo, and time to write like mad.
What are you doing for NaNo?

Re: NaNo 2016!
I decided not to be a wimp this year and actually do something to hold myself accountable on writing my NaNo project this year. Yes, I expect to be embarrassed by what will be both major and minor mistakes but posting my story on this board says that others will be watching and that provides me with an incentive not to stop.
The first step was to create a topic in the "Practice Hall" that others will be looking at as a kind of promise to myself and others that something will be done come November 1.

Re: NaNo 2014!
I've never done NaNo. It just seems so intimidating. I do have Chris Baty's books though.

Re: NaNo 2014!
4 pages a day is what is intimidating to me. On the days when I have a massive time commitment you can expect to see a lot of stuff which will vanish when I do the first rewrite. The stuff will be there just to act as a "memory jog" later on, on what I was thinking about and trying to outline in my own mind concerning the story.
