This is the clearest description I have found so far of the utter madness going on in both ebook and print publishing by the "Big5", the five major publishing houses and their subsidiaries. It's entertaining and results in better markets for indie authors - I would rejoyce gleefully except for one thing: This really, really hurts traditionally published authors.
