Large Print (HC/PB)

I was just thinking today, that I don't see many IndieAuthors putting out large print books. I can understand that putting out audio books might be a little harder to do, but I can't understand why they don't do large print. emoticon

Well, for ebooks that isn't necessary, people can adjust the size of the font individually - many old people are getting e-readers for that very reason.

With print books, you do have a point. However, I believe it's mostly a niche market that's going away rapidly.

Yeah. I knew about the eReaders being able to size the font. The HC/PB in the title stands for Hard Cover & Paperback. I guess since print is being pushed out by eBooks, then there isn't much reason to do large print.

I can't wait until audio books become easier to create/manage/sell. I think that's the next big market for IndieAuthors to break out into.

Amazon has an audiobook division. I haven't looked into it yet, but I may. Audiobooks seem to be quite a big market.

It's called ]Audiobook Creation Exchange

Aw. Cool. I figured they'd just add that feature to CreateSpace. The only other sites to sell audio books I'm aware of are:

[sign in to see URL] <---- or ----> [sign in to see URL] ???

Wow. I went to bookmark the site, and it was already on there. I guess I added it to go back and check out later, and then forgot all about it. I probably learned of it from Bob Mayer. I read his blog sometimes, and it appears he uses the site.
