Going back in time...

With the Survey stories main character being a teenager I find myself going back in time and reading young adult stories to get a feel for how teens handle the "coming of age" transition from teen to adult. I really never expected to ever visit that part of the library again yet here I am trying to see how others have handled the subject... I checked out 5 books on various "voices" yet I find it a little fascinating to discover most books of the "coming of age" theme are from the girls pov instead of the boys pov... interesting research at least...

You are the second one to say that! I wonder if it is just in this region where that's the case or if there really is a missing or under represented pov...
