Writing Goals for October

I forgot all about this for the last month, but let's pick up where we are now. What are your goals for this month? Any projects going on? Or just idling and looking for ideas?

I am hoping to finish editing the first 10 chapters of my YA novel. My goal is to submit it sometime in January to an agent.

My goal for October is to learn as much as I can and improve my writing skills. I am entering challenges, doing inspirational excersises and writing for a RPG.
I have been working on two novels, however, the more I learn; the more I have to rewrite. One of them may have to be scrapped or put on the back burner. I know where I want to go with it but I don't know enough yet to go there. So, I am going to go back to the beginning and finish a "Snowflake" on both of them.

You all have good plans for the month. emoticon

I'll plod on with my YA novel, and hope to write a short story in between. Planning for another project story is entering interesting stages, too, and I'll have to write a sample piece for it, as well.

I think I'm going to have quite a simple goal for what's left of this month - to write everyday. Even if it's just a few sentances.

Good luck everyone with your goals. I hope you're doing well so far.

How far did you get?

I did keep up with my YA novel, but that was about it. No new short story, no sample paragraphs. I didn't even manage to send out more stories - although I might take a stab at that this afternoon.

I managed to write almost everyday, but I had some family things at the end of the month. Luckily it's all sorted in time for the mini nano.
