Writing Plans for October

What do you want to do in October? Any plans for stories, submissions or even ... novels?

And remember, it's only one more month to NaNo.

I want to finish part one of my story by the end of October because I want to take a stab at part 2 for nano.

Maybe submit some more, we'll see anyways. Keep writing 500 words a day, though I'm off to a bad start- came down with a doozy of a cold. emoticon

I might write up study notes, because (for me) it is only one month until exams (hence why I never do NaNoWriMo).

I need to finish editing my first so I can get back to work on my second. I also need a kick somewhere (LOL).

I'm going to be travelling around a bit in October so I don't expect to get much done. Let's see... I'll have four concert reviews to write (these don't take very long) and an issue of my on-line comic (ideally two issues as I need to get ahead of myself).

There's a story I want to write down before I completely forget it but I can't see when I'm going to get a complete day to spend on it in the near future.

I'm once again ignoring NaNooNaNoo emoticon

I have just begun my A210 Approaching Literature, the first part of my OU degree. This month, we're studying Pride and Prejudice. This now takes precedence over everything. I won't be participating in NANO but I will kick about in the forums.

I'm slowly working on the kids' novel I'm writing and plan to keep doing that this month. And -- UGH -- I really need to get writing my PhD dissertation, too... but that's no fun at all. emoticon

Meadows, you write comics? Post the link! I want to see! (Pretty please?) emoticon

So ... how did it go?

Did you do what you wanted to accomplish in October?

Congrats for writing so much!

Submissions take time to get used to. Don't worry about not doing it all the time - you'll get there. Is there any story in particular you want to submit?

Not really, just a few that I 'think' I have ready.

I like looking through both Duotrope and Ralan's. They are the best market resources I know.
