Writing goals for November

Today is the last day of October - a good time to talk about the upcoming month.

What are your writing plans for November? emoticon

Re: Writing goals for November

Well, once I'm through with the turmoil of end-of-year-exams on the 15th, I intend to do a complete overhaul of my current YA/Fantasy project and purge it of the uninteded Gary(Mary)-Sue.

In my bordom of exam-preperation I've created another fantasy world, I'll probably continue to make random notes on it throughout the aforementioned overhaul. This puts my current world to planned story ratio at 3:1 (1.5 if you count what I'm about to mention).

And maybe this month I'll make a difinitive decision about the epic fantasy that Blue and I have been planning (though haven't touched for nearly a year).

1667 words per day for 29 days, and 1657 words on November 30. That's the goal. emoticon

I'm doing the mini nano at scribes, so just 500 words a day for me.

Well since I was only able to edit the first chapter last month. I'm going to put a goal to edit two chapters. emoticon

Those all seem good, attainable goals.

I'm with Corvus. I plan to write about 2000 words a day until November is done. emoticon

Yes. I edited chapter 2 and 3 but had to rewrite both due to some issues. So "technically" I got 3 chapters done because I edited 2, 3 and then 2 again.

That's good. Even if it's only "technically " 3 chapters, you did a lot of work. I'd say, you managed to reach your goal - and you got closer to a finished novel, too.

Well done! emoticon
